Literature Text

As she fell into the sky
She wondered how it came to be
That the heaven’s whispered sigh
Could conceal such a mystery.
All they’d said had been a lie,
Which at long last she now could see.
But they had been blind, not sly;
They clung to old ways stubbornly.
To the earth she lost her tie
And now she fell contentedly.
Her bonds had ceased to apply
Once she had opened to the Key;
What it revealed made her cry
Yet had forever set her free,
In peace she’d drift ever high
Within the sky’s eternal sea.
Nothing very amazing. However, in my mind, I can see the perfect picture to go along with this poem.
